HOUSE VICE CAPTAIN

In grade 11 I was given the opportunity to serve as the vice captain of my house after being elected by a body of more than one hundred students and teachers. This role came with the responsibility of guiding and managing over four hundred students across middle and senior school. I took charge of planning and leading our house’s participation in more than thirty five interhouse competitions that included sports, cultural programs, and academic activities. The position also required me to maintain discipline and coordinate events smoothly among students. Through these experiences I strengthened my leadership skills and learned the importance of clear communication, teamwork, and motivating others to give their best.
FOUNDER- TECH4BHARAT
I founded Tech4Bharat as a small idea in my room, but over time it grew into a social initiative that now spans more than six states across India. I began by reaching out to students from different schools in my city, then gradually expanded to connect with young people across Bangalore and eventually from all over the country. As the founder, I have been responsible for building and guiding the team, from bringing in new members to assigning roles, coordinating responsibilities, and ensuring that every project runs smoothly. Leading this initiative has given me the chance to meet and work with like-minded people who share the same vision of making a difference. The journey has been incredibly meaningful, not only because of the impact created but also because it taught me how to inspire others, adapt to challenges, and bring diverse groups of people together toward a common goal.

FOUNDER-SITESNAP

Through Sitesnap, a venture I founded in high school, I recognized a gap where students my age often needed websites to showcase their initiatives, projects, or personal profiles. I created more than seven websites for purposes ranging from social initiatives to resumes and discussion forums, managing everything from client communication and pricing to design and delivery on my own. As the demand grew, I even began taking classes for middle school students to teach them how to create their own websites, which allowed me to share my skills and expand the impact of the venture. Over time, Sitesnap gained recognition, and people began reaching out to me directly for projects. The experience gave me a deep understanding of entrepreneurship, showing me how to turn an idea into something tangible, build a brand, and create value for others through persistence and initiative.
